Facilities Administrator

Job responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Kinetic Vision facility and the surrounding grounds
  • Restock office and kitchen supplies
  • Design and oversee the schedule for cleaning and disinfecting the building 
  • Oversee and supervise projects in or around the facility
  • Conduct the general custodial activities such as cleaning
  • Check devices, structures and systems (ie: fire alarms, security monitors, light bulbs) on a regular basis and identify needs for repairs
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as external cleaners and groundskeeping services
  • Check rooms and furniture regularly
  • Monitor activities that happen outside the building, such as proper waste disposal and recycling
  • Maintain shipping and receiving process
  • Fix minor malfunctions in office equipment 
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

 

Other Requirements:

  • Organized and methodical with attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly
  • Comfortable working in a hands-on and entrepreneurial HR environment with adaptability and responsiveness.
  • Demonstrate self-sufficiency, self-motivation, and strong problem-solving
  • Demonstrated ability to treat confidential matters with appropriate discretion

In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.

Education minimum requirement:
Bachelor’s Degree in Facility Management or Business Administration preferred. We will also consider applicants with the equivalent combination of education, technical expertise, training, or work experience.
