Our long-term relationship with the University of Cincinnati has been built over 25+ years. Kinetic Vision offers students the opportunity to gain valuable work experience using the latest technology, while providing exposure to various industries and clientele that cannot be learned in the classroom. Hands-on experience enhances each student’s critical thinking and problem solving skills, as well as time management, team/vendor communication, and technical protocol in a collaborative environment.

Continued involvement with UC
Kinetic Vision has consistently been ranked a Top 10 Employer amongst UC students while being in fourth place the past few years. Many of these students receive full-time offers at Kinetic Vision after graduation. Our strong relationship with the University of Cincinnati continuously provides us with top tier talent, resulting in seventy-five percent of our staff being UC alumni.
Kinetic Vision strives to be involved with the university in any way we can. Over the years, we have participated in advisory boards, career fairs, class panels, and more with the intent to continue this engagement in the years to come. In the future, we plan to hold regular open houses for recruitment, sponsor capstone projects across all majors, and support more UC events such as MakeUC Hackathon, 1819 Innovation Hub, and Engineer Your Major. This will help us to expand our reach beyond engineering and across multiple disciplines. We look forward to attracting and retaining the next generation of experts!
