Lisa Smith from Channel 9 shares her experience of being in a virtual operating room as she reports on new technologies being developed in Cincinnati. The story focuses on Kinetic Vision’s AiVision Simulate, a real-time Digital Twin platform utilizing digital avatars, virtual reality, and game engine technology. A virtual operating room is highlighted, complete with a patient, surgeons, medical devices and equipment, which are often too expensive, time-consuming or dangerous to test in real life.
