We’re happy to announce that Kinetic Vision has won a Top Workplace award for the eighth year in a row! Only 135 companies made this year’s list, and it’s an especially great award since the judges were our employees! 

Kinetic Vision employees were asked 24 questions relating to workplace culture. There were seven basic areas where employees voiced their anonymous scores: 

Alignment - where the company is headed, its values, cooperation, and effective meetings

Coaching - ranking of caring, helpfulness, and employee development

Connection - the level of appreciation, meaningful work, working at full potential, and being ‘clued into each other’

Engagement - productivity, retention, and recruiting

Leadership - confidence in the company leaders 

Performance - ranking of execution, open mindedness, innovation, and ‘clued in leadership’

The Basics - pay, benefits, flexibility, training, and expectations.
